Quotations and orders

Prices shown are indicative starting prices excluding tax, duties and shipping. Binding prices are issued in a written quotation valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Use of unmanned aircraft

Operation of unmanned aircraft is regulated. The purchaser is solely responsible for operating YivaDrone products in compliance with the aviation regulations of the jurisdiction of operation, including remote identification, altitude and airspace restrictions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YivaDrone's liability arising from the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for access to it. Warranty terms for products are set out in the sales contract and on thesupport page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
