- Shipping, duties and import VAT — quoted separately (DDP to the EU available on request)
- On-site training and installation (remote onboarding included)
- Motion-capture arena construction
- Basis: Ex Works Guangzhou (Incoterms 2020) — most university buyers take a DDP or DAP quote instead; both are provided on request.
- Reference prices for education and research buyers, in US dollars and euros; payment by bank transfer in either currency — see ordering, payment & delivery.
- Valid through 31 December 2026; quotations are confirmed in writing with 30-day validity.
