Ordering, payment & delivery

1. Request a quote

Use the inquiry form or simply reply to any of our emails. Tell us the platform, quantity, shipping destination and your application — we quote in EUR or USD, including shipping options, typically within one business day.

2. University purchase orders

European institutions rarely pay against a website — they issue a purchase order against a proforma invoice. That is our default workflow:

• We issue a proforma invoice (PDF) with full specification, unit prices, totals and our company details for your records.
• You process it through your procurement system and send us the PO.
• Shipment follows once payment is confirmed — or per agreed terms for institutional buyers.

3. Payment

• Bank transfer (T/T) against proforma invoice is the standard method, in EUR or USD.
• Card / PayPal is available on request for small orders such as spare parts.
• For repeat institutional orders, ask about net-terms arrangements.

4. Shipping & customs

• We ship worldwide from Guangzhou by DHL, FedEx or air freight, with full export documentation handled on our side.
• Lithium batteries ship under UN 38.3 with compliant air-freight packaging.
• DAP is our default incoterm (delivered to your address; import VAT/duties paid by you on arrival). DDP delivery — duties and import VAT included, nothing to pay on arrival — is available to EU destinations on request.

5. Lead times

• In-stock platforms: typically 1–2 weeks door-to-door to most EU destinations.
• Fleet orders (5+ aircraft) and custom configurations: confirmed at quoting stage.
• You receive a tracking number and the commercial invoice before the shipment leaves.

6. Warranty & spares

• Every platform ships with the full manufacturer warranty; warranty cases are escalated directly to Yundrone engineering by us.
• Spare parts (propellers, guards, motors, frames) ship from Guangzhou; ask for a spare-parts kit to be quoted together with your platform order.
